Zuplivo provides AI-driven business tools, custom integrations, workflow automation, and ongoing maintenance services specifically tailored for small to medium enterprises. All services are subject to the specific terms outlined in your individual Service Agreement.
To build and maintain your AI automation tools, Zuplivo may require access to your existing business platforms, software credentials, or customer data pools. You are solely responsible for:
Providing accurate, lawful data and access.
Ensuring your use of our AI tools complies with your local privacy laws.
Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All content, branding, code, and proprietary architecture on this website are the intellectual property of Zuplivo. Upon full payment for custom AI setups, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered AI solution for your internal business operations. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Zuplivo’s underlying system code.
Zuplivo builds highly reliable AI systems, but we do not guarantee that your automation will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. Zuplivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, system downtime, data loss, or platform API changes made by third-party software (e.g., WhatsApp, CRMs, or telecom providers).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our custom AI tools if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay ongoing maintenance fees as specified in your agreement.
Zuplivo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
